Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition
A journey of discovery about Hong Kong’s rich folk culture – part of Hong Kong’s Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival
China Exchange, 32A Gerrard St, London W1D 6JA
Despite its advanced modernisation, Hong Kong has many traditional folk cultures,
including performing arts, social practices, rituals, festivals, food and traditional crafts,
some of which date back to when Hong Kong was a fishing village. Many are not widely
known, even in Hong Kong.
Now you can discover Hong Kong’s amazing intangible cultural heritage at this special
exhibition organised by Ming Ai (London) Institute, which marks the finale of Hong Kong’s
Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival. The event is also supported by the Hong Kong’s
Intangible Cultural Heritage Office, Lee Kum Kee (Europe) Ltd., Crowne Plaza London – the
City, and British Airways.
